Frequently Asked Questions


How far in advance should I place an order?

Cake orders need to be placed at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.  Occaionally, there is availiabilty for last minute orders.  It doesn’t hurt to inquire.  There is a rush fee for orders placed within 1 week of the event date.

How do I reserve  my date?

A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% retainer fee is required to reserve a date.  Orders less than $100 must be paid in full.  No date is secured unless a retainer is received.  Any order placed less than 2 weeks from the event date must be paid in full.

Cancellation and Refunds:

We do not give refunds.  Any cancellations must be done within 4weeks of the event date and rescheduled within 80 days of the original event date to receive a credit in the amount of the retainer fee.  Full details are outlined in the contract of services.

Do you offer Gluten/Soy/Dairy/Nut Free/Vegan Options?

Unfortunately, we do not operate in an allergy free facility.  At this time, we do not offer cakes for clients with the above specified allergies.

Do you ship?

We do not ship cakes.  We do ship cake jars (a minimum of 12 count must be purchased)

How Do I Schedule A Tasting

Once we reply to your inquiry form with our availability, you will be invited to either a virtual or in-person consolation.  At that time, you will be offered a cake tasting box of 3 cake flavors.  Upon availability, we can travel to your location (Cumberland County and Surrounding Counties ONLY) for a $50 consultation fee.  We schedule consultations once a month and offer weekend appointments.   Consultations are usually one hour long and will include cake designing, flavor selection, pricing, and discussing other important details.

NOTE: Tasting are complimentary to wedding clients with a minimum spending of $700.

Do you deliver or travel out of state?

We deliver custom cakes for a fee, based upon location, distance, availability, and time.  We prefer to deliver cakes that are 2 tiers or more.  We are always looking forward to traveling out of state.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept payment through PayPal ONLY.  This service allows you to use electronic transfer, debit and all major credit cards
